Intake/Assessment appointment: $250 flat rate
This appointment is to gather your consent for treatment, fill out your release of information forms and explore all your historical/medical and social information to best assess the plan for treatment moving forward. This will last typically between 1 ½ hours-2 hours and we will complete all required forms needed to enter into the therapeutic relationship per Oregon Licensure requirements.
Current Counseling Session Fees:
• First Session: Intake/Assessment appointment (2 Hr session): $250
• 1hr Individual Therapy Session: $210
• 1hr Family Therapy Session: $210
• 1hr Alternative Therapy Session: $210
• 1 hr Career Counseling Session: $210
