At Barnett Counseling Services I know with your busy lifestyle and required daily responsibilities it can sometimes be difficult to find time to fill out the required therapy paperwork. The goal is to make this process more streamline for you. That is why I decided to go with Therapy Notes. I am also aware some clients will not have computer/phone access and may struggle with technology. If you fall in this category, please know I am more than happy to accept forms in person as well. We will explore this further during your free 15-minute phone consultation.

How does Therapy Notes work?

Once you schedule your free 15-minute consultation through the contact portal of this website and we decide we are a good fit for your therapy needs you will be sent a TherapyPortal™ Connection email. This will be your custom patient portal and will give you peace of mind with the ability to request, cancel and reschedule appointments at any time without needing to call the office.
? You will also be able to choose a private password for your portal and this will further keep your documentation confidential and private for you personally.
? There is no need for you to print out and sign paper documents with paper or in person in the office. Your fillable documents will be sent to you via your portal to fill out and send back through your portal.
? TherapyNotes™ will then securely save a legal record of your electronic signature preventing unnecessary clutter, lost paperwork, and most of all it saves you time!
? TherapyNotes™ also has a built-in video telehealth portal that is fully protected and you can access your therapy sessions via video directly from your portal.
? TherapyNotes™ will also send you email reminders for your sessions.
